Children of 3 years old: ask advice to your doctor.
From 3 years: take 15 mL a day the morning using measuring cap. Mix without shaking before use. Can be taken directly or diluted in water or another beverage.
Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Use as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Suitable for the whole family, from age 3. Not recommended for children under 3 years old. Store away from light, heat and moisture. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
