After 3 years: take 10 ml a day, preferably in the morning, using the measuring cap. Mix without shaking before use. May be taken undiluted or diluted in a glass of water or other beverage.

Not recommended for people suffering from diseases resulting in iron accumulation (hemochromatosis, polyglobulia…). Store away from light, heat and moisture.
