Children of 3 years: ask your doctor for advice.
After 3 years and up to 10 years: take 4,5 mL a day, preferably in the morning, using the measuring cap.
After 10 years: take 10 mL a day, preferably in the morning, using the measuring cap. Mix without shaking before use. Can be taken directly or diluted in water or another beverage.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Use as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Suitable for the whole family, from age 3. Not recommended for children under 3 years old. Not recommended for people suffering from diseases resulting in iron accumulation (hemochromatosis, polyglobulia…). Store away from light, heat and moisture. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
